I bought this and within two days of ordering, it was in my mailbox. I was able to find the heartbeat pretty quick. The LCD screen shows what is supposed to be the actual heart rate, however it is really fickle so I wouldn’t depend on it. You have to turn the volume way up in order to hear the heartbeat clearly, however once you move the device you get a really loud feedback. All in all I am happy with my purchase. I wanted something that I could use to hear the heartbeat whenever I wanted to and that is what I got. The extras are just a plus if they work
